Please read all registration information carefully before completing the Summer Programs Application.
One application must be completed for each participant.
Four signatures are required on the application. A $100 non-refundable registration fee must be submitted with each application.

• Registration will begin on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the Richmond Parents Camp Fair at the Collegiate School from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• After that date, registration will continue by mail or in person (Monday through Friday) at Luther Memorial School.

• Priority will be given to 2007 Summer Program participants through February 29th provided the applicant is financially current with Luther Memorial School.

• Beginning on February 29th, applications will be processed as long as space is available. Written notification of registration for your requested camp session(s) will be mailed to you within two weeks.

• Applications for new students must be accompanied by a copy of the applicant's birth certificate or other form of identification. 

• All changes in registration must be requested in writing and addressed to the Summer Programs Director by April 25, 2008.

• Withdrawal from any session must be requested in writing and sent to the Summer Programs Director no later than April 25, 2008. After this date, full tuition is due on the required dates. There are no exceptions.

• Tuition is due on the dates specified, or registration will be void.

• No tuition-free days are allowed (i.e.: sick days, vacation days, etc.).

• The parent or guardian completing the application agrees to the following with regard to financial responsibility:
  I agree to make tuition payments by the dates specified. If payment is not made on or before the due dates, Luther Memorial School shall have the right to legal action for collection of tuition and extended day charges, and I will be responsible for all costs of collection including court expenses and reasonable attorney fees.
