Through annual events such as the Spelling Bee, the Middle School Expo, and the Spring Musical, Luther students have opportunities to continue learning outside the classroom. The yearbook, chapel choir, and book club are other activities that offer students extra-curricular experiences. Luther is also home to many scout troops. 

The middle school students sponsor "tag days" and hold several dances during the year; and many annual events, like International Night and Grandparents' Day are family affairs attended by the entire Luther community.

Enrichment classes in art, music, dance, crafts, writing, and sports skills are also offered each semester. Please contact Pat Scott, the director of the Extended Day Program for a current list of classes.
